smoking. Several rooms have an ensuite bathroom. Each sun filled room
has large windows, window blinds, a ceiling fan, King size bed with all
linens, dresser, nightstand, TV, comfy chair, and a table lamp. Shared
house space features 2 bathrooms, a large cook’s kitchen and laundry
room with new washers and dryers. There is plenty of outdoor space with
a roof top deck, covered front and back porch, garden space, fenced in
back yard, and an outdoor grill. Security locks on exterior and interior room
doors ensure the safety and privacy of each resident. Also included are
internet, kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, cleaning
products, paper products, water, sewer, trash and recycling pickup.
The only thing you need to buy is your food, toiletries, and laundry soap!!
Rent Rates: Rooms with shared bath are $240 per week. Rooms with an
ensuite bathroom are $250 per week. A second adult over the age of 18 is
an additional $50 per week.
First week's rent and a $240 security deposit are required to move in. Must
be paid at the time of signing the lease by Venmo or Cash App.
